When I saw this photo I IMMEDIATELY knew I wanted to capture the amazing early 2000’s neon snow gear in a fun way! White and evergreen variegation are the backdrop for this colorway, while speckles of neon pink and blue steal the show - just like Sarah’s cutie outfit on the slopes!

Here’s @sarahs.handmakes story about her Nostalgic Place from her childhood ski trips! - “As a child through now, I have spent so much time in cabins or time shares or condos in mountain towns to ski or hike or bike. A 1990s era couch and the smell of fresh pine is still enough to make me remember learning to swim in a Winter Park pool or coming back from ski lessons.

When I was growing up, my parents shared a condo with our family friends in Winter Park, CO. My grandparents also had a time share in Breckinridge, CO that we’d visit every year with them. I spent birthdays, holidays, any basically any free time we had up in the mountains in these condos with their exposed wooden beams, community hot tubs for warming up after the slopes, and horrible pull out couches that I always slept on. The comfort of the smell of exposed wood and slightly moth-ball couches and of warm chlorine in a community hot tub after skiing all day is still unparalleled. I have a million photos I could share from my childhood and now of these places and the surrounding mountains.” - Thank you for sharing a piece of your childhood with us, Sarah!🩷
