Shipping policy
In the US
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to them as well as any shipping costs/fees back to Poppy + Spruce Fibers in the case of a return, unless free shipping is provided in the case of a large order (free shipping over $250 in the US) or a promo.
Internationally
It is worth noting that all international customers will be responsible for any fees, customs, and taxes accrued during the shipping process. If a return is requested, the buyer is responsible for all fees involved in the return.
